Inside Sales Representative (RFQs, Quotations, Sales orders)

Reporting to the Regional Inside Sales Supervisor, you will support the commercial and Inside Sales activities for our Corrosion Control portfolio, with a primary focus on Coating and GRE Liner solutions. You will review customer RFQs and tender requirements, prepare accurate and competitive proposals and quotations, and ensure submissions meet customer requirements and NOV commercial standards. Working closely with Sales, Business Development, Operations, and other internal teams, you will help convert opportunities into orders, strengthen customer relationships, and support revenue growth while delivering a high level of customer service.

• Review customer RFQs and tender requirements to ensure a clear understanding of commercial and technical requirements.
• Prepare accurate, complete, and commercially competitive proposals and quotations for Coating and GRE Liner solutions.
• Ensure proposals comply with customer requirements, NOV commercial standards, pricing guidelines, and applicable terms and conditions.
• Coordinate and track RFQs, quotations, sales orders, and customer requests through the complete sales process.
• Act as a key liaison between customers, Sales, Business Development, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Support the conversion of opportunities and quotations into orders while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pricing information, opportunity status, and customer documentation within applicable systems and CRM.
• Support sales forecasting, backlog management, order tracking, and Sales KPI reporting.
• Assist with pricing reviews, commercial terms, credit requirements, and accounts receivable follow-up as needed.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring commitments are effectively communicated and followed through.
• Support continuous improvement and standardization of Inside Sales and proposal processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and commercial performance.

• Diploma or college degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Business, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Commercial, or a similar role, preferably within the oil & gas or industrial services sector.
• Experience reviewing RFQs and tender requirements and preparing accurate quotations, proposals, and other commercial documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple RFQs, quotations, orders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness, with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; working knowledge of CRM systems is preferred.
• Basic understanding of corrosion control, coating, GRE Liner, and related oilfield applications is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Business Development, Operations, Finance, and other functional teams.
