Job Description - Inside Sales Specialist

Drive growth and optimize CRM system for sales success as part of the Sales and Business Development team. Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management: Ensure CRM system is organized and follow-ups are timely.
Sales Strategy: Support sales targets, organize webinars, and manage event calendars.
Policy Development & Social Media: Update sales manuals and engage on social media to enhance brand visibility.
Additional Duties: Include maintaining legal integrity, content creation, marketing strategy refinement, clear communication, newsletter updates, and managing partnerships and lead responses. Requirements:
Proficiency in Excel and ZOHO One.
Skills in business consultancy, communication, and project management.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, strong organizational skills, and a team player.
