Job Summary
The role is responsible for conducting product training to all store employees & maximize sales opportunities byproviding exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Responsibilities:
· Setting up the seasonal training calendar in alignment with the brand direction.
· Enhance the skills set of staff working across the region.
· Ensuring consistent and relevant product knowledge across the region.
· Orientation (Induction) and introduction of product knowledge to new employees.
· Sharing knowledge and promoting Learning and Development initiatives.
· Champion brand related initiatives to drive employee & consumer engagement e.g. Running/yoga club.
Core Responsibilities:
· Design, develop and update training material, training aids and assessment tests based on the identified training
needs and source training material.
· Conduct training sessions in line with the training needs for the product specialists identified for his category.
· Perform post training evaluation for training sessions and follow up on knowledge transfer to the workplace.
· Identify areas for improvement as per the feedback from trainees and implement changes accordingly.
· Monitor and Communicate attendance status, evaluation results and training feedback to line manager.
· Advises customers on product ranges best suited to their needs; Answers customers’ queries to help them decideon the purchase.
· Provides information to customers on warranties, features, specifications, maintenance, and care of products.
· Ensures customers’ needs are met, complaints are resolved (or escalated) and customer service provided is ofexceptional standard.
· Maintains awareness of new product launches, promotional events, and sales.
· Achieves sales targets by using sales techniques, up selling and cross selling.
People Management:
· Liaising with Stores regarding training initiatives and support
