The role is
responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the insurance
market and implementing innovative strategies to capture niche segments.
· Provide
expert advice to clients on selecting appropriate insurance plans based on
their needs and financial objectives.
· Manage
payment collection from clients in a timely manner to ensure financial
transactions are executed smoothly.
· Create and
maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
· Ensure
compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
· Collaborate
with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer

related duties / projects assigned from time to time to meet the business
needs.

communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Able to

· Good at multi -tasking.
· The ability
to prioritize work.
· Good
computer skills, including Word and Excel.
· Able to
work alone and part of a team.
· Bachelor's
degree
· 3+ years of
experience in insurance sales and sales management
· Proven
track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
· Strong
analytical and problem -solving abilities
· Knowledge
of industry regulations and compliance requirements
