Job Description - Insurance Coordinator

Insurance Coordinator Job Location : UAE Responsibilities : • Process insurance claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely submission and resolution.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for clients, obtaining necessary documentation as needed.
• Communicate with insurance companies, clients, and healthcare providers to facilitate claim processing and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of insurance transactions, including claim status and payment information.
• Provide support to clients and internal teams regarding insurance-related inquiries and issues. Job Details : • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in insurance coordination, billing, or customer service.
• Knowledge of insurance terminology, policies, and procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
