Your responsibilities will include closely monitoring patients' health conditions, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. You will play a vital role in making life-saving decisions and ensuring the comfort and support of both patients and their families during challenging times.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Develop, adjust, and execute individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, therapies, and advanced procedures as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and specialists to optimize patient care.
• Provide clear communication with patients’ families, addressing their concerns and questions.
• Document patient progress and outcomes meticulously while adhering to protocols.
• Engage in continuous education and training to stay current with advances in critical care.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school with a residency in Intensive Care or related field.
• Current medical license and board certification in a relevant specialty.
• Extensive experience working in an Intensive Care Unit environment.
• Strong clinical skills and decisiveness in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and patient interaction.
• Ability to lead a healthcare team while providing mentorship and guidance.
• Commitment to patient advocacy and ethical medical practices.
