As an Intensive Care Consultant at SearchPlus HR, you will play a crucial role in providing expert medical care to critically ill patients. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat patients in the intensive care unit (ICU).

Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU)
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient assessment and medical history
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests
• Make critical decisions regarding patient care and interventions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Provide guidance and supervision to healthcare staff in the ICU
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in intensive care medicine

• Medical degree and valid license to practice as an Intensive Care Consultant
• Extensive experience working in the intensive care unit (ICU)
• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of intensive care procedures and treatments
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
