Intensive care Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Intensive Care Consultant to join our high-performing team. In this critical role, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients with life-threatening conditions in our state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

As an Intensive Care Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing and managing critically ill patients, developing treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the implementation of best practices in patient care. Your expertise will also extend to mentoring junior staff, communicating effectively with families, and participating in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the treatment and management of patients in the intensive care unit.

- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored care plans based on patient needs.

Qualifications:

- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid license to practice.

- Board certification in Critical Care Medicine or a relevant specialty.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an intensive care setting.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
