As an Intensive Care Specialist in this Government Hospital, you will be responsible for managing the care of patients within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), ensuring the delivery of exceptional medical services while adhering to the highest standards of healthcare regulations and practices in the UAE. You will work alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals to implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and ensure efficient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Conduct advanced procedures and interventions necessary for patient stabilization.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families, providing updates and support throughout their care.
• Maintain detailed records of patient care, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with hospital policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in critical care medicine.

• Medical degree and completion of residency in Intensive Care or a related specialty.
• Valid medical license to practice in the UAE with board certification in a relevant area.
• Experience working in a critical care environment, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of intensive care treatment protocols and procedures.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and make quick, informed decisions.
