The position is specialized in planning, organizing, managing and directing programs and activities related to the management of regional and international financial relations by enhancing cooperation and strategic partnership between friendly and sister countries, participating in joint economic committees, managing negotiations and concluding economic agreements with various countries, participating in donor conferences, and promoting partnership and cooperation for integration projects between the GCC countries and the Arab countries at the League of Arab States.

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate and conclude agreements on international financial relations, especially: avoiding internal double taxation and capital, mutual tax exemption, results from air transport operations, and protection, promotion and guarantee of investments.
Follow up on communication with the countries that have agreements and treaties with the state and study the new decisions and policies issued by it.
Participate in joint economic committees, develop proposals on financial agreements, and propose mechanisms to strengthen joint financial relations with the countries of the world through committees.
Manage and guide stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into annual implementation plans and ensure that these plans are properly completed and implemented.
Develop and contribute to the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, standards and internal control methods to manage regional and international financial relations, and provide professional assistance to department heads on activities related to the work activity.
Implementing the said agreements with the relevant authorities, solving all obstacles and coordinating with the beneficiaries associated with the investment agencies in terms of benefiting from their advantages, in accordance with the directives issued in this regard.
