We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented International Desk Executive to
join our international business operations desk of our courier Division.
Position: International Desk Executive
Salary: AED 3500-4500 per month (Negotiable based on experience) +Benefits as per
UAE Labour Law

Key Responsibilities:
⢠Coordinate international import and export shipments
⢠Handle import/export documentation and customs-related paperwork
⢠Prepare invoices, packing lists, airway bills, and shipping documents
⢠Communicate and coordinate with courier and freight companies such as DHL,
Aramex, FedEx, and other logistics carriers
⢠Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to clients and warehouses
⢠Maintain logistics records and inventory updates
⢠Communicate with suppliers, customers, and transport providers for smooth
operations
⢠Resolve shipment, delivery, and customs clearance issues efficiently
Requirements:
⢠Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or international trade(2 to 3 years)
⢠Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation
⢠Familiarity with DHL, Aramex, FedEx, and logistics coordination platforms
⢠Good communication and organizational skills
⢠Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
⢠Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
