Job Description - International Marketing & Commercial Excellence, Executive Manager

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Drive commercial success by developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies:
  • Ensuring alignment between sales and marketing teams to effectively promote products and drive sales
  • Revenue Generation: Driving revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, sales tactics, and market expansion.
  • Strategy Implementation: Translating commercial strategies into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Developing comprehensive plans for new product launches, including pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.

Executional:

  • Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote SPIMACO's products and support sales teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Manage the product life cycle, including product development, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Tailor strategies to enhance the company's brand image and reputation in the market.
  • Cross-functional collaboration such as sales, research and development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales & marketing activities.

Key Competencies/Skills:

  • Marketing and Commercial oriented.
  • Ability to contribute to the development and execution of shared business plans.
  • Ability to share knowledge internally across a matrix structure, to optimize all opportunities.
  • Public relation skills and KOLs management.
  • Pricing & Costing, Planning and budgeting skills.
  • Good knowledge of products in competitive markets.
  • Leadership and Project Management skills.
  • Ability to achieve success within a changing environment.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, networking skills.

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree with a medical background
  • Minimum years of experience from 5 to 7 Years in Pharmaceutical Industries.
  • GCC & North Africa experience.
  • Solid experience in managing high value products like rare disease, oncology, etc..
  • Proven record for People management.
  • French is a plus
