Job Description - International Marketing & Commercial Excellence, Executive Manager
Strategic Responsibilities:
Drive commercial success by developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies:
Ensuring alignment between sales and marketing teams to effectively promote products and drive sales
Revenue Generation: Driving revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, sales tactics, and market expansion.
Strategy Implementation: Translating commercial strategies into actionable plans and initiatives.
Developing comprehensive plans for new product launches, including pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
Executional:
Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote SPIMACO's products and support sales teams to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Manage the product life cycle, including product development, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Tailor strategies to enhance the company's brand image and reputation in the market.
Cross-functional collaboration such as sales, research and development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals.
Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales & marketing activities.

Ability to share knowledge internally across a matrix structure, to optimize all opportunities.
Public relation skills and KOLs management.
Pricing & Costing, Planning and budgeting skills.
