The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners worldwide. This position requires a deep understanding of cross-cultural communication, international trade regulations, and market trends to successfully promote Agriventures FZC's products and services on a global scale. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on global market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the product development team to tailor offerings to meet the needs of various markets.
• Manage and participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management review.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agrochemicals
• Minimum of 5 years experience in international sales and marketing roles.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies globally.
• Strong knowledge of international trade laws, regulations, and cultural practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English & Spanish
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
