Job Description - International Sales & Marketing

Agriventures FZC is seeking a dynamic and experienced International Sales & Marketing professional to join our team. This role is crucial for expanding our global footprint by driving sales and marketing strategies across diverse international markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners worldwide. This position requires a deep understanding of cross-cultural communication, international trade regulations, and market trends to successfully promote Agriventures FZC's products and services on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales and marketing, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. By joining Agriventures FZC, you will play a key role in increasing our market share, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s long-term growth in the international arena.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute international sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on global market trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with the product development team to tailor offerings to meet the needs of various markets.
  • Manage and participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management review.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agrochemicals
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in international sales and marketing roles.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies globally.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade laws, regulations, and cultural practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English & Spanish
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
