Job Description - International Trade - Sales Executive

The Bulk Trade Executive will be responsible for supporting the Bulk Trade department's P&L target achievement by working to expand the customer base, increase sales, collaborate with the logistics team as required to fulfill customer orders, and deal with customer issues.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Look for new customers in the assigned regions and work on broadening the company's customer base internationally.
  • Proactively work to increase sales margins by establishing effective relationships with existing and potential customers in the international market, collaborating with them regularly via phone calls and/or emails.
  • Take customers' orders via phone call and prepare the PO.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team with frequent follow ups to ensure customer orders are processed timely and accurately where applicable.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and find quick, feasible solutions.
  • Ensure all sales transaction are paid within the credit term and credit limit approved and agreed with Finance.
  • Maintain a record of daily transaction such as orders, collection, sales, and other data as required.
  • Convert the traditional buyer into online customer using our inhouse platform.

Supervise the completeness and accuracy of shipment documents and in compliance with the country's requirement.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • 1-2 years of export sales experience, preferably in the FMCG, e-commerce, or wholesale industries.

Strong knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and logistics operations preferred.
