About our client

We are working with a leading Dubai-based conglomerate with a significant and diversified investment arm, who are looking for an investor to join its Private Equity team. The firm deploys long-term capital across the Gulf region, with a focus on sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, FMCG, and consumer products. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and gain exposure to a broad mix of sectors and geographies. What the job involves

Evaluating and executing new direct investment opportunities across the GCC
Building and developing financial models and conducting detailed valuation and due diligence analyses
Supporting the full transaction lifecycle, from origination through execution and portfolio management
Preparing investment materials, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and investment committees
Contributing to the ongoing development and implementation of the firm's financial and investment strategy

Who we are looking for

An established PE investor with a proven track record in direct investments
Strong track record in direct private equity or growth equity investments, with exposure to one or more of: manufacturing, healthcare, FMCG, or consumer sectors
Skilled in financial modelling, valuation, and portfolio management, with the ability to present findings clearly and confidently
Commercially minded, collaborative, and motivated to build a long-term career in the Middle East
Currently based in the UAE
