Job Description - Investment Associate/ Senior Associate (UAE National)

About Our Client

Our client is a prominent UAE-based investment institution with a diversified global portfolio spanning multiple sectors. The organisation plays a key role in driving long-term economic growth and value creation through disciplined investment and active portfolio management.

Job Description
  • Support end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including financial analysis and due diligence coordination
  • Build and maintain financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and evaluating new investment opportunities
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies across healthcare sub-sectors
  • Prepare investment committee papers, board presentations, and stakeholder materials
  • Work closely with portfolio companies on growth initiatives and expansion projects
  • Support strategic initiatives including market entry, consolidation, and exit planning
  • Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing analytical support


The Successful Applicant
  • UAE National
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience within private equity, asset management, investment banking, or consulting
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with solid understanding of financial statements
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional qualifications such as CFA or ACCA (preferred)
  • Exposure to Big 4 or leading financial institutions is advantageous
