We have an urgent requirement for  IT DIGITAL WORKPLACE  in  Airline Domain (Must)is required for our client in Dubai, UAE

Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and other workplace productivity platforms.--Must

Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, application deployment, lifecycle management, and endpoint security across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.--Must

Resolve escalated incidents and service requests within SLAs, monitor service health and compliance, manage application deployments, and ensure adherence to change, testing, rollback, and escalation procedures.--Must

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft 365 workplace services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online and related productivity tools.Manage endpoint enrolment, configuration, compliance, application deployment and device-lifecycle activities through Microsoft Intune and related tools.Support Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices and resolve escalated digital workplace incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.Maintain device security, access and compliance controls in coordination with IT Security, identity and infrastructure teams.Package, test, deploy and update approved applications, policies and configurations across managed user devices.Monitor service health, endpoint compliance, adoption and support trends, produce reports and coordinate corrective actions.Maintain technical procedures, knowledge articles, configuration records and operational documentation for digital workplace services.Support service improvements, pilots, upgrades and user-adoption activities with business stakeholders, vendors and other IT teams.All proposed primary and backup resources for this Lot shall be eligible for, cooperate with and successfully secure the relevant airport-security authorization and valid airport pass before deployment.

Scope of Work:

Apply approved configurations and escalation procedures.Own administration; Digital Support executes approved onboarding and desk-side rollout.Use approved support procedures and escalation paths.Security-policy approval remains with authorized flydubai roles.Follow change, testing and rollback requirements.Use validated platform and ITSM data.Keep documentation current and version-controlled.Implementation remains subject to flydubai approval.Deployment is conditional upon competent-authority approval. The vendor shall coordinate background-check documentation, applications and renewals and maintain pass validity throughout the assignment.
