Description
As the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our company's IT infrastructure. This role requires a strategic mindset and strong technical expertise to ensure the efficient and secure operation of our systems. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their IT needs and develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support.
Design and implement robust IT infrastructure strategies, including cyber security measures.
Monitor and optimize the performance of IT systems to maintain high productivity and cost-efficiency.
Partner with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and develop tailored IT solutions.
Conduct thorough vendor assessments and develop testing strategies for new hardware and software.
Ensure the implementation of disaster recovery plans and information security protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues within the organization.
Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
Document and maintain accurate records of IT infrastructure and procedures.
Provide regular reports and recommendations to the management team on IT infrastructure performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure design, architecture, and best practices.
Proficiency in cyber security measures and risk management.
Experience in conducting system audits and performance evaluations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Certifications in IT infrastructure management or related fields are preferred.
A proactive and innovative approach to IT solutions.
