IT Infrastructure Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, security updates, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
• Ensure security of the corporate network through Firewall, EDR,and recovery backups.
• Maintain the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights in AD
• Manage and ensure optimal operation of all network hardware and equipment, including routers, servers, switches, and so on.
• Perform server administration tasks (user/group, security permissions, group policies, print services); research event-log warnings and errors; and monitor resources to ensure that systems architecture components work seamlessly.
• Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory, life cycle management and related documentation.
• Firewall installation configuration & management (Fortinet)
• Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups
• Configure and manage the PABX system includes avaya, grand stream.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology/ Computer Science or a related discipline; Professional certification: MCSE, CCNA
• 6+ years of experience as System Administrator/ Network Administrator or similar role
• Liaise with Technology partners on new products/technology implementation/upgrade
• Windows 2012/2019/2022 OS Support
