Role: IT Monitor - Business Development Manager

Mission:

• B2B Business Development and Pre-sales activities: Engaging End-customers and System Integrators mainly to find business opportunities. Managing mainly End-customers, System integrators to achieve business goals especially in public vertical(education/transportation/finance etc) and main companies + SMB in UAE/GCC.


• Consultative Sales & Value-based Selling: Providing right solution packages and making a proposal with an in-depth understanding of customer's business, needs, and usages.


• To present LG Products, “evangelize” consultants, partners and end-customers to understand the advantage of LG products and the products created and developed through partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

• Securing monitor sales capability (Channel expansion in verticals / Sales increase / Profitability)
        - Increase sales visibility thru pipeline management
        - Need active customer oriented work


• Develop and present monitor products as a solutions to the End-customers
        - Need to understand the latest technology trends based on extensive product knowledge


• Strong engagement with key system integrators in IT sector


• Timed reporting of progress and issues, alignment with relevant teams and department + pipeline management


• Manage forecast and sales estimate and achieve sales targets

Dimensions:

• Based in Dubai, UAE


• Target markets: UAE (main) / GCC


• Target products: Monitor / Projector


• Direct contact End-customers, IT SI’s, etc. and discover business opportunities, customer care, and sales closing

Experience / Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of experience in IT business development or enterprise account (Dell/HP or IT System Integrator experience is preferred)


• Knowledge and experience in vertical business + Account/SI management


• Need to have good PT skills, better understanding of IT products, and solutions


• Active and passionate minded

Education:

• BSc. / MBA (preferable)

Other Skills:

• MS Office (Expert)


• Good communication Skills


• Sales Experience in IT
