IT Project Specalist

Main Responsibilities:

• User Acceptance Testing (50%): Coordinate and conduct UAT to validate system
  functionality and ensure it meets user requirements, including test
  scenario & script creation.
  
• Data Migration (30%): Execute manual data migration tasks, ensuring
  accuracy and completeness of data transfer between systems.
  
• Data Reconciliation (10%): Perform data reconciliation to ensure data consistency
  and accuracy across different systems.
  
• Data Cleansing (10%): Identify and rectify data inconsistencies,
  duplicates, and errors to maintain data integrity.
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Methodical: Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take
  initiative.
  
• Analytical: Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends or
  issues.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in data management tools and software.
  
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team
  members and stakeholders.
  
• Experience: Previous experience in UAT, data migration, and data reconciliation is favored.
  Banking domain knowledge is a pre-requisite. Corporate banking product
  knowledge is preferable (but not essential).
