*Salary:* AED 8,000 - 10,000 + Incentives

*Experience:* 5+ Years in UAE IT Sales - Mandatory

*THE OPPORTUNITY:*

We are looking for a results-driven IT Sales Manager to lead our IT sales division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE market experience, leadership skills, and deep technical knowledge across AI, Cyber Security, Networking, Cloud and IT Infrastructure.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

- Lead, manage and mentor the IT sales team to achieve revenue targets

- Drive B2B sales strategy and generate new business across UAE

- Sell AI, Cyber Security, Networking and Cloud solutions to corporate clients

- Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with enterprise, SMB and government clients

- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

- Conduct high-level client meetings, presentations and solution demos

- Develop sales pipeline, forecasts and monthly sales reports

- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical and marketing teams for deal execution

- Identify new market opportunities and expand client base

*MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:*

- 5+ years of UAE IT Sales experience (Manager / Senior Executive level)

- Proven experience in managing IT sales team and achieving targets

- Strong knowledge of AI, Cyber Security, Networking and Cloud solutions

- Proven B2B sales, key account management and deal-closing track record

- Established UAE corporate client network - Highly Preferred

- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation and negotiation skills

- UAE driving license - Advantage

- IT / Computer Science / Engineering background preferred
