Job Description - IT Sales Manager - Sharjah

Develop and execute strategies todrive business in new and existingmarkets
Mentor employees to help them achieveindividual & team objectives
Work onSales Targets and maintain accounts.
ManagingIT staff by recruiting and training employees, communicating jobexpectations, and monitoringperformance.
Overseeing the annual IT budgetand ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Monitoringdaily operations, including server hardware, software, andoperating systems.
Coordinating technologyinstallations, upgrades, andmaintenance.
Selecting and purchasing new andreplacement hardware and software, whennecessary.
Testing, troubleshooting, andmodifying information systems so that they operateeffectively.
Generating performance reports foroperating systems.
Assuring all IT activitiesare performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, andregulations.
Evaluating technology risks inorder to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backupprocedures.
Remaining up to date with advancesin technology and industry bestpractices.
