  Provide expertise in a

  Ensure that the
  appropriate Information Technology Infrastructure Library
  (ITIL) processes in support of the project are followed

  Advanced Knowledge of Windows operating systems.

  Knowledge of business applications including but not limited
  to Microsoft Office Application Suite, Adobe, AutoCAD 
  
  


• 
  Operating System
  Deployment / Upgrade project experience 
  
  


• 
  Server patching using
  SCCM or any other tools
  
  


• 
  Mobile Device management
  
  


• 
  Print and File server configuration
  and trouble shooting
  
  


• 
  Desktop and Laptop imaging 
  
  


• 
  Experience in a busy technical support
  environment 
  
  


• 
  Knowledge of Active Directory and
  Systems 
  
  


• 
  Disciplined trouble shooting

Requirements

• 
  
  3+ years of previous
  technical IT work experience with System Administration and
   IT Support roles. 
  
  


• 
  Previous experience with
  supporting technical engineering or geoscience applications
  preferred.
