Description:

This position is responsible for greeting and welcoming guests and identifying them by name and Assist guests with luggage and/or valet parking as well as opening the car doors for the guests or obtain transportation such as taxis for the guests.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure guests’ comfort in case of any emergency situation and follow the fire evacuation procedure; print out the daily in house guests report.
• Confirm the number of guests boarding on the shuttle busses and report any additional guests who want to use the service in the absence of Doorman, if no seats are available; ensures additional transportation is provided.
• Keep record of all movements within the hotel on Bell Boy Movement control sheet.
