Job Description - Jr. Planner - Civil (Urgent Hiring)

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit a motivated Jr. Planner â Civil for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will support planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring activities to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing and updating project schedules, work programs, and progress reports.

- Support project planning and coordination activities for high-rise building projects.

- Monitor project progress and assist in identifying delays and corrective actions.

- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors regarding planning activities.

- Review project drawings, construction schedules, and technical documents.

- Assist in resource planning, productivity tracking, and project reporting.

- Prepare planning records, reports, and project documentation.

- Support the preparation of look-ahead plans and recovery schedules.

- Ensure compliance with project timelines and company standards.

Requirements

- Bachelorâs Degree / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in contracting companies.

- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Primavera is required.

- Basic understanding of project planning and scheduling processes.

- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
