Job Description - Jr. QAQC Engineer - MEP (Urgent Hiring)

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit a motivated Jr. QAQC Engineer â MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will support quality assurance and quality control activities for MEP works while ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in implementing QA/QC procedures for MEP activities on-site.

- Conduct inspections and monitor MEP works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

- Support preparation and maintenance of QA/QC documentation, reports, and inspection records.

- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants on quality-related matters.

- Assist in monitoring material inspections, testing activities, and method statement compliance.

- Identify quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions.

- Ensure adherence to project quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.

- Participate in site inspections, audits, and project handover activities.

- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation throughout project execution.

Requirements

- Bachelorâs Degree / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

- 2â4 years of experience in contracting companies.

- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.

- Basic understanding of QA/QC procedures and MEP systems.

- Good knowledge of project documentation and quality standards.

- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
