Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well\-established plastic trading business with a strong presence in domestic and export markets. The company is looking to hire a Junior Accountant to manage day\-to\-day accounting activities, prepare statements, and handle reconciliations using Tally and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
\- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals).
\- Prepare financial statements and reports using Excel.
\- Perform bank, ledger, and vendor/customer reconciliations.
\- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
\- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and supporting records.
\- Support month\-end and year\-end closing activities.
\- Assist senior accountants with audits and financial reviews as required.
\- Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal accounting procedures.
Requirements
\- Bachelorâs degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
\- 1â2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
\- Working knowledge of Tally ERP.
\- Proficiency in MS Excel (statements, reconciliation, basic formulas).
\- Experience in preparing reconciliation statements.
\- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
\- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
\- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
