junior Accountant

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance
  
• Financial Reporting: Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  
• Aid in the reconciliation of bank statements
  
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
  
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process
  
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  
• Other accounting duties as assigned
  
• Data Entry: Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
  

Requirements

• Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
  
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Ability to work within a team.
