A Junior Accountant provides support to the accounting department by managing daily accounting tasks. This role involves ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations, preparing financial reports, and maintaining general ledger accounts. The Junior Accountant will work closely with a senior accountant or accounting manager and assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgets.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
Some experience in accounting or finance roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Internship experience in accounting is beneficial.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Organizational Skills:
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Work Environment:

This position is typically based in an office setting, with a standard 40-hour work week. Occasional overtime may be required.
