SearchPlus HR is excited to offer a position for a Junior Consultant Endodontist to join a Leading Healthcare Group. This role provides a valuable opportunity for early-career endodontists to develop their clinical expertise while contributing to the provision of exceptional dental care within a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment.

As a Junior Consultant Endodontist, you will be responsible for assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of dental pulp and root canal-related conditions. You will work closely with senior consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective, patient-focused endodontic care using advanced techniques and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed clinical assessments and assist in diagnosing endodontic conditions.
• Carry out root canal treatments, endodontic retreatments, and support endodontic surgical procedures under supervision.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with senior dental professionals.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and imaging technology to aid in treatment planning and execution.
• Provide patient education regarding treatment options, procedures, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest advancements in endodontics.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with specialization or training in Endodontics.
• Valid dental license to practice as an Endodontist.
• Up to 3 years of clinical experience or completion of an endodontic residency program preferred.
• Basic proficiency with endodontic instruments, techniques, and modern dental technologies.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to professional ethics and patient-centered care.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and clinical development.

Working Time is Full Time.
