As a Junior Consultant Hand Surgeon, you will assist in diagnosing and treating a variety of hand and upper extremity conditions. You will work under the supervision of experienced surgeons, participate in surgical procedures, and contribute to patient care plans. This role will allow you to develop your clinical skills and gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in evaluating patients with hand and upper extremity conditions.
• Participate in the development of individualized treatment plans, including both surgical and non-surgical approaches.
• Collaborate with senior consultants in performing surgical procedures and providing post-operative care.
• Engage in patient education and communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment options and care plans.
• Stay current with best practices in hand surgery and participate in training sessions and workshops.

• Completion of residency training in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Strong desire to learn and develop skills in hand and upper extremity surgery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of hand surgery.
