Junior Consultant in Pediatric Dentistry

SearchPlus HR is looking for a dedicated Junior Consultant in Pediatric Dentistry to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Consultant, you will assist in the management and treatment of pediatric dental cases, ensuring a positive experience for both patients and their families. You will work closely with seasoned professionals, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to our mission of promoting healthy smiles for children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct dental examinations and assessments for pediatric patients
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Support preventive and restorative dental procedures under supervision
• Educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene practices
• Utilize behavior management techniques to facilitate a comfortable experience for children
• Participate in continuing education and professional development initiatives
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide high-quality patient care
• Engage in outreach programs promoting pediatric dental health

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree
• Completion of a pediatric residency program is preferred, but recent graduates will be considered
• Active or eligible dental license in the applicable state
• Interest in pediatric dentistry and enthusiasm for working with children
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with young patients and their families
• Patient and caring demeanor with a focus on quality care
