As a Junior Consultant Neonatologist, you will work under the guidance of experienced specialists to provide essential medical treatment and support to critically ill newborns. You will develop your skills in a collaborative environment while ensuring the highest standard of care for infants in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and other pediatric settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assessment and management of newborns requiring intensive care, including premature and critically ill infants.
• Perform detailed physical examinations and evaluations to develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with senior neonatologists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Monitor the progress of patients and adjust treatment protocols as needed based on clinical responses.
• Communicate effectively with families regarding their infants' conditions, treatment options, and care processes.
• Engage in continuing education and training to stay updated on advancements in neonatology.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical research projects.

• Medical degree with completion of a Pediatrics residency program.
• Fellowship training in Neonatology is preferred but not mandatory for junior positions.
• Some clinical experience in a neonatal or pediatric setting is highly desirable.
• Strong passion for providing care to newborns and a commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients’ families and healthcare teams.
• Strong analytical skills for conducting detailed assessments and evaluations.

• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the field of neonatology.

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
