Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage newborns in need of intensive care, providing timely and appropriate medical interventions.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and work closely with the healthcare team to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Actively participate in daily rounds and care coordination, advocating for the best interests of your patients.
• Maintain open lines of communication with families regarding their child's health status and care journey.
• Engage in continuous medical education and training to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.
• Contribute to ongoing research and quality improvement initiatives within the department.

• Doctor of Medicine degree with a completed residency in Pediatrics.
• Fellowship in Neonatology is preferred but not a strict requirement for this junior role.
• Prior clinical experience in a neonatal unit or relevant pediatric setting is advantageous.
• Strong desire to learn and provide quality care to a vulnerable patient population.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and families.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and diligence.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice in neonatology.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities in clinical settings.
• Willingness to actively engage in clinical research and quality improvement projects.

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
