Junior Consultant Nephrologist-Government Facility

In this position, you will work under the supervision of senior nephrologists, providing critical care to patients with kidney-related issues while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the evaluation and management of patients with kidney disorders, including chronic kidney disease and acute renal failure.
• Participate in clinical rounds, contributing to treatment planning and ongoing patient management.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, providing accurate assessments to aid in patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement effective treatment strategies.
• Educate patients and families about kidney health, preventive measures, and treatment options available.
• Engage in continuing medical education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and enhancing service delivery.

• Medical degree with completion of a Pediatrics residency program.
• Completion of a fellowship in Nephrology is preferred but not essential for this junior role.
• Clinical experience in a neonatal or pediatric setting is desirable.
• Strong commitment to providing quality care to patients in a government healthcare setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
