Junior Consultant Surgical Oncologist- Leading Health Care Facility

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical care of patients with cancer. You will collaborate closely with senior consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive oncology care and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing surgical procedures related to oncology cases under supervision
• Participate in patient evaluations, including history taking and clinical examination
• Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Manage post-operative care and follow-up of surgical oncology patients
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in surgical oncology
• Adhere to high standards of patient safety and clinical governance

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree with relevant specialization or training in surgical oncology
• Valid medical license to practice as a Junior Consultant Surgical Oncologist
• Experience gained through residency or fellowship in surgical oncology
• Strong knowledge of cancer biology, surgical techniques, and oncological principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Dedication to patient-centered care and adherence to clinical protocols
