Junior Procurement Officer (Odoo Mandatory) - Dubai

*We're Hiring: Junior Procurement Officer (Odoo Mandatory) | Dubai, UAE*

*Location:* Dubai, UAE

*Salary:* AED 2,500 - 3,000 per month

*Company:* Leading Automotive Company

*Experience:* 1-3 Years

*Job Purpose:*

To support procurement activities in *Odoo ERP* by sourcing materials, processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Source suppliers and obtain quotations via *Odoo*

- Prepare and process PRs and POs *in Odoo ERP (Mandatory)*

- Follow up with suppliers on deliveries

- Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation in Odoo

- Coordinate with Stores for inventory replenishment using Odoo

- Assist with supplier evaluation and cost optimization in Odoo system

- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures

*Qualifications:*

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration

- *Hands-on experience in Odoo ERP - Purchase Module is MANDATORY*

*Experience:*

- 1-3 years of relevant procurement / purchasing experience

- *Must have worked on Odoo ERP for procurement*

- UAE experience preferred

- Automotive / Engineering / Manufacturing experience is an advantage

*Odoo ERP (Mandatory)*, PR/PO Processing in Odoo, Vendor Management, Supplier Negotiation, MS Excel, Planning, Communication, Attention to Detail
