Location: Abu Dhabi
Employment Type: Full -Time

Salary: AED 6,000/month
Experience: 2 -3 Years of Marine & Offshore Oil & Gas Recruitment Mandatory


Position Summary

Junior Recruiter with 2 -3 years of experience in Marine & Offshore Oil & Gas recruitment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and
coordinating the recruitment of technical and marine professionals for offshore
and vessel -based operations.

The
ideal candidate should have hands -on experience sourcing candidates through
recruitment portals, social media, and professional networks, with a strong
understanding of the Marine & Offshore talent market across the GCC and
international regions.

Key
Responsibilities

  • Source
    and identify qualified candidates for Marine & Offshore Oil & Gas
    projects.

  • Recruit for
    specialized positions including:

    • Survey
      Operations Personnel

    • ROV/WROV
      Pilot Technicians

    • Hydrographic
      Surveyors

    • Survey
      Engineers

    • Offshore
      Divers & Diving Supervisors

    • Marine
      Operations Engineers

    • Port
      Captains

    • Marine/Offshore
      Superintendents

    • Project
      Managers

    • Vessel
      Crew and Marine Support Personnel

  • Utilize
    recruitment platforms such as
    LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Gulf, Monster,
    Indeed, Gulf Talent
    , and other sourcing channels.
  • Perform
    Boolean searches, LinkedIn X -Ray searches, talent mapping, and database
    searches to identify active and passive candidates.

  • Screen
    resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical
    skills, offshore experience, certifications, and suitability.

  • Coordinate
    interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring
    managers throughout the recruitment process.

  • Build
    and maintain talent pipelines for recurring offshore and marine vacancies.

  • Maintain
    accurate recruitment records and candidate databases using an Applicant
    Tracking System (ATS).

  • Support
    mobilization activities by ensuring all recruitment documentation is
    complete.

  • Stay
    informed about recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and talent
    availability within the Marine & Offshore industry.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's
    degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
    discipline.

  • 2 -3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the Marine
    & Offshore Oil & Gas sector.

  • Proven
    experience recruiting for offshore Survey, subsea, ROV, diving, marine
    operations, and vessel -based positions.

  • Strong
    expertise in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Gulf,
    Monster, Indeed, Gulf Talent, and other recruitment platforms.

  • Experience
    using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Boolean search techniques, and
    talent mapping.

  • Good
    understanding of offshore certifications, vessel operations, and marine
    staffing requirements.

  • Excellent
    communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability
    to manage multiple vacancies in a fast -paced environment while meeting
    recruitment deadlines.
