Recruiter – Marine Offshore & Oil & Gas

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with 5–8 years of proven recruitment experience within the Marine Offshore and Oil & Gas industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and delivering qualified candidates within tight timelines while managing the recruitment process from initial sourcing through interview coordination and selection.

The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent candidate sourcing skills, stakeholder coordination abilities, and effective recruitment reporting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and selection.
  
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, recruitment portals, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for Marine Offshore and Oil & Gas positions.
  
• Understand job requirements and identify candidates who meet the required technical and industry criteria.
  
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates against job requirements.
  
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  
• Follow up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure timely movement of recruitment processes.
  
• Coordinate recruitment activities with external recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
  
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, databases, and documentation.
  
• Prepare regular recruitment reports, hiring status updates, and recruitment analytics.
  
• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines.
  
• Support offer coordination, joining formalities, and candidate follow-up where required.
  
• Ensure recruitment documentation and records are maintained accurately and confidentially.
  
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• 5–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the Marine Offshore, Oil & Gas, EPC, or related industries.
  
• Strong understanding of technical and operational recruitment requirements within the offshore and Oil & Gas sectors.
  
• Proven ability to source and deliver suitable candidates within tight deadlines.
  
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
  
• Strong experience in interview scheduling and stakeholder coordination.
  
• Experience working with external recruitment agencies/manpower suppliers.
  
• Strong MS Excel skills with the ability to maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong documentation, organization, follow-up, and record-keeping abilities.
  
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
