The partner of choice for international school brand Brighton College, Bloom Education has been entrusted to deliver and sustain the highest international standards locally and has been selected by Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) to operate the Abu Dhabi Charter Schools programme. Bloom Education has also been chosen by Emirates Schools Establishment (ESE) to operate schools in the Northern Emirates, as part of the Ajyal (new generation) school initiative.

We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Coordinatorto join the team and work with key stakeholders across our Schools. This position can be based in either Abu Dhabi or Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment cycle from advertising vacancies and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires and completing the contract paperwork, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the sourcing life cycle; collaboratively managing crucial stages associated with the recruitment of new staff; with specific focus on key stages of education hiring.
  • Partner closely and effectively with hiring teams and colleagues to fully understand staffing needs and develop, build and execute sourcing strategy.
  • Source, screen and deliver highly qualified candidates using multiple tools and techniques for roles across the Schools and Head Office.
  • Accurate preparation and swift delivery of all contract offers.
  • Regular contact with candidates to ensure seamless communication through the sourcing and offer to acceptance cycle.
  • Build talent pipelines and maintain a network of prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management and sourcing campaigns.
  • Develop and deliver best practice, in coordination with cross-functional partners (HR onboarding and operations)
  • Provide advice on the design and implementation of efficient and effective recruitment and selection processes and the associated monitoring and evaluation thereof.
  • Ensure that personnel records are maintained to the highest standards and can meet audit needs.
  • Coordinate job fairs, conferences, and other opportunities to connect with audiences interested in the education space.
  • Guide hiring managers and decision makers by providing valuable insight and hiring and employment data.
  • Ensure thorough candidate management using an applicant tracking system to track applicants from the selection phase through to on-boarding.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 1+ years of recruitment experience is essential
  • Experience of volume and/ or Education recruitment is preferred.

Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:

  • Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Literate in all basic computer and HRMIS skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Sense of urgency is essential.
