As a Junior Specialist in Gastroenterology, you will play a key role in assisting with the assessment and treatment of patients suffering from various gastrointestinal issues. Working alongside a team of seasoned specialists, you will have the opportunity to learn practical applications of gastroenterological procedures while delivering high-quality care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments of patients with gastrointestinal complaints and document medical histories.
• Assist in the interpretation of diagnostic tests and contribute to develop treatment plans under supervision.
• Participate in the performance of endoscopic procedures and other diagnostic interventions as required.
• Provide education and support to patients regarding their conditions and treatment options.
• Engage in clinical meetings, case discussions, and continuous education opportunities.
• Support the gastroenterology team in administrative tasks and coordination of patient care.

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with an interest in pursuing a career in Gastroenterology.
• Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine or a related specialty.
• Basic understanding of gastrointestinal disorders and treatment modalities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the desire to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.
