Junior Specialist in Pediatrics

As a Junior Specialist in Pediatrics, you will work under the guidance of experienced pediatricians, helping to diagnose and treat a variety of health issues affecting infants, children, and adolescents. You will play a vital role in promoting health and wellness, providing preventive care, and ensuring that young patients receive the support they need during their formative years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of pediatric patients under supervision.
• Conduct routine physical examinations and provide preventive care, including vaccinations.
• Support senior pediatricians in developing treatment plans and monitoring patient progress.
• Educate families about child development, nutrition, and health concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions.
• Engage in ongoing learning opportunities and professional development activities.

• Medical degree (MD/DO) with completion of a pediatric residency program.
• Eligibility for board certification or in the process of obtaining board certification in Pediatrics.
• Active medical license or eligibility for licensure in the relevant jurisdiction.
• A strong interest in pediatric healthcare and enthusiasm for learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with children and families.
• A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively under supervision.
