Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting psychiatric assessments and evaluations to understand patients' mental health needs
• Support senior psychiatrists in diagnosing and developing treatment plans for patients
• Observe and participate in therapy sessions, both individual and group
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and progress under supervision
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Medical degree with a focus on Psychiatry or relevant clinical experience
• Basic understanding of psychiatric principles and treatment methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients and team members
• Willingness to learn and develop clinical skills under the guidance of experienced professionals
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Current medical license or in the process of obtaining licensure as required
