As a Junior Specialist Oncologist, you will work alongside a team of experienced professionals dedicated to providing comprehensive cancer care. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform initial patient assessments, including comprehensive history-taking and physical examinations under the guidance of senior oncologists.
• Assist in the management and treatment of patients with various types of cancer, including chemotherapy and radiation therapy protocols.
• Contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options, potential side effects, and supportive care resources.
• Participate in regular case discussions, clinical meetings, and continuing education events to enhance clinical knowledge.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree with completion of residency in oncology or a related specialty.
• A genuine passion for oncology and a commitment to providing excellent patient care in a private healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with the healthcare team and patient interactions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Experience in clinical research is a plus but not mandatory.
