Position Overview

The Junior Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon will support senior surgeons in providing comprehensive oral and maxillofacial care. This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career surgeons to develop their surgical skills and clinical knowledge within a dynamic private healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of oral and maxillofacial conditions.
• Support senior surgeons in performing a variety of surgical procedures including extractions, implants, and minor reconstructive surgeries.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care under supervision.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver integrated patient care.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ethical standards in all clinical practices.

• Medical or dental degree with specialization or training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Valid medical and/or dental license to practice in a private healthcare setting.
• Prior experience or training in oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures is preferred.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop surgical competencies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
