In this role, you will work under the guidance of senior orthopedic surgeons to deliver high-quality surgical care, assist in performing orthopedic procedures, and manage patient care in the hospital setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with orthopedic conditions.
• Support senior surgeons during surgical procedures, learning and applying best practices in orthopedic surgery.
• Develop individualized patient care plans and maintain accurate medical records.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and participate in post-operative care for patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Stay updated with advances in orthopedic practices and participate in training programs.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with a specialization in orthopedic surgery.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in orthopedic surgery.
• Knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols related to orthopedic care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and team members.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in orthopedic surgery.
• A valid license to practice in the UAE or eligibility for licensure.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.
