As a Junior Specialist in Pediatrics, you will work in a collaborative environment, assisting experienced pediatricians in diagnosing and managing a variety of health conditions. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the evaluation and management of pediatric patients under the supervision of senior specialists.
• Conduct routine health assessments and provide preventive care, including vaccinations and developmental screenings.
• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Educate families on health, nutrition, and developmental milestones.
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records in alignment with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in continuous professional development and attend training sessions to enhance skills.

• Medical degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institution and completion of a pediatric residency program.
• Eligibility for board certification in Pediatrics or actively pursuing certification.
• Possession of a valid medical license in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong interest in pediatric healthcare, particularly in delivering care to children.
• Excellent communication skills, especially for engaging with children and their parents.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while demonstrating a willingness to learn.
