As a Junior Specialist Plastic Surgeon, you will play a key role in patient management, from consultations to assisting in surgical procedures. This position offers hands-on experience and mentorship from seasoned plastic surgeons, allowing you to develop your expertise in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial patient assessments, including a thorough review of medical history and aesthetic goals
• Assist in formulating surgical plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Participate in surgical procedures under supervision, ensuring adherence to safety and procedural protocols
• Provide compassionate pre-operative and post-operative care to patients
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Engage in ongoing training sessions to enhance surgical techniques and knowledge base
• Maintain the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality

• Medical Degree with specialization in Plastic Surgery
• Completion of relevant residency training in a recognized program
• Some clinical experience in plastic surgery through internships or rotations
• Basic knowledge of surgical procedures and techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Benefits: - As per UAE labour law Salary will be around AED 55000 to 95000.
