Junior Specialist Visceral -Private Healthcare Sector

In this position, you will work alongside senior surgeons to provide high-quality surgical care to patients with a range of visceral conditions. Your responsibilities will include assisting in complex surgical procedures, managing pre-operative and post-operative patient care, and contributing to the overall improvement of surgical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior surgeons in performing visceral surgical procedures.
• Conduct pre-operative patient assessments and contribute to surgical planning.
• Provide post-operative care and monitor patient recovery.
• Maintain a sterile and safe operating environment.
• Document surgical procedures and patient progress accurately.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with surgical advancements.

• Medical degree (MD) with specialization or interest in visceral surgery.
• Valid medical license to practice in the private healthcare sector.
• Some clinical experience in surgical environments is preferred but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.
